April 22nd is officially Earth Day. The next twelve blog posts are dedicated to sharing specific strategies and suggestions for education, empowerment and excitement in honor of planet earth. Are you ready to join together in celebration of Earth Day, Every Day for a blessed life now?

By identifying important global health risks and sharing specific strategies we can more easily join together to help improve our progress and protect our selves, families and friends. It will require our attention, commitment and intention to expand our conscious and subconscious awareness in order to put ourselves and the planet back on the path to perfect health.

Global Harmony

Butterfly in the GrassWhen a core group of enlightened and influential people are tuned into global harmony and world peace we will reach the tipping point. This will result in the global awakening of enough people around the planet to stop the insanity of destruction and start the process of repairing our devastation. We all know that a mighty oak grows from one small acorn. Imagine what large numbers of acorns around the globe can do.

When we focus the collective power of our attention, energy and intention for the greater good of mankind and living in harmony with planet earth everything will shift for the transformation to occur. Then we will be on the path for the happiness, health and harmony we desire and deserve.

It is essential for many millions of like minded people to join together now to plant the seeds for a better world. With a common vision, well coordinated goals and dedicated leaders committed to saving this planet we can stop the devastation before we further jeopardize our very survival. Anyone wanting to participate can begin by planting heirloom seeds to feed humanity, protect our waters and reforest the lands. With a solid foundation anything is possible.

One of the greatest health risks most people are exposed to is the significant amount of daily stress and cumulative stress we face. Make no mistake about it stress is quite likely the number one cause for emotional, financial, mental and physical issues in the world today. Most people would agree it is a significant contributing factor for disease and health issues.

Since stress is one of the leading contributors to our lack of well being we need to find effective and efficient ways of eliminating or at least minimizing as many stress factors as possible.

The following are proven techniques to reduce stress and improve our overall health and well being:

  • Biofeedback
  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
  • Exercise
  • Meditation
  • Reconnecting with the great outdoors and nature
  • Tai Chi and Qi Gong
  • Yoga

These suggestions are proven to help with our emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. This will in turn help people to feel more empowered for green living and holistic health in honor of Earth Day, Every Day. As we join together in celebration of Earth Day, Every Day remember the things you are most grateful for and focus on the many blessings in your life right now.
