Great NEWS Perfect Health is dedicated to help others enjoy being even more happy, health, in harmony and holistic.

My daily life, travels and trips have opened my eyes to the sad state of the union of the US and most developed countries. Many people are struggling with their finances, health, lifestyle and well being. Many are totally confused about what to do and many are seeking help with coaching, guidance and information on exercise, fitness, health, medical problems, nutrition, prescriptions and wellness. It requires significant time to answer questions on an individual basis so it is essential to use modern technology to share the message via articles, blogs, Google hangouts, seminars, videos and webinars to be helpful and serve the most people in the least amount of time.

By sharing information in group coaching sessions, seminars and via technology tools it was more effective and efficient to help more people deal with their health challenges and issues as well as prevention strategies. Great NEWS Perfect Health is dedicated to help others enjoy being even more happy, health, in harmony and holistic.

Even though it takes a significant investment of money and time to speak and write about the health challenges and share holistic health and natural nutrition strategies it is a labor of love. This mini series is part of my passion and vision to address the pains people are facing in order to educate, empower and excite them about the pleasure and possibility for perfect health without prescriptions and OTC medicines.

Unique US?

It is more polite to discuss what is great about a country and the people first before discussing the many areas that can be improved.

Group of Hands

The US is a blessed country with incredible agriculture, creativity, entrepreneurial energy, diversity, ingenuity, land, manufacturing, opportunity, people, research, resources, talents and technology.

The US is a blessed country with incredible agriculture, creativity, entrepreneurial energy, diversity, ingenuity, land, manufacturing, opportunity, people, research, resources, talents and technology. The US is blessed with a great culture, history and international diversity. It is a cosmopolitan melting pot that represents all corners of the world. The variety of beverages, cultures, foods and tastes is absolutely amazing. In most parts of the US you will find American (Standard American Diet – SAD), Asian, British, Chinese, German, Japanese, Indian, Italian, Lebanese, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Polish, Scandinavian, South American, Spanish, Thai, Turkish Vietnamese, and much more.

In many parts of the country the abundant irrigation and rainfall, soil and topography yield an abundance of delicious and nutritious foods. Many of these foods are grown year round in some part of the US. Due to the US great location between Canada and Mexico and near Central and South America it has the right conditions to either grow or import foods with a large number of countries and regions for incredible choices and options.

The US is well known for it productivity and profitability at growing great berries, fruits, grains, greens, herbs, legumes, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, tubers and vegetables. The country produces a lot of grass fed natural and organic animal products and wild caught fish and sea foods. Unfortunately it produces much more Confined Animal Feedlot Operation (CAFO) animals and animal products using GMO corn and soy as feed.

Animal products: beef, chicken, goat, lamb, pork and turkey. Also cheese, dairy and eggs play a major role. Also buffalo, caribou, deer, duck, elk, goat, goose, hog, rabbit,

Berries: blackberry, blueberry, cranberry, raspberry, strawberry,

Fish and Sea foods: clams, crabs, fish (anchovies, catfish, herring, mackerel, mahi mahi, sardines, salmon, tilapia, trout), krill, shrimp, squid and other sea foods.

Fruits: apples, apricots, cherries, coconut, cumquats, dates, figs, grapes, grapefruit, lemons, limes, mango, mulberry, oranges, papaya, peaches, pears, pineapple, plums, pomegranates, prickly pear, tangerines,

Grains: barley, maize, millet, oats, rye, sorghum, wheat

Arugula

Leafy arugula

Greens: arugula, bok choy, cabbage, celery, celery root, chard, collards, dandelion, fennel, kale, lettuce, (Boston, endive, escarole, green leaf, iceberg, mesclun, radicchio, red leaf, romaine), mustard, napa cabbage, spinach,

Herbs: basil, bay leaf, cilantro, garlic, mint, nettles, oregano, parsley, peppermint, rosemary, sage, spearmint, tarragon, thyme,

Legumes, beans, peas and lentils (pulses): beans (black, broad, fava, kidney, lima, navy, pinto, red, white), black eye peas, chickpeas, green beans, lentils, green peas, peanuts,

Melons: abundant cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon

Mushrooms: button, white, shitake, mitake

Nuts: almonds, pecans, pinenuts, walnuts,

Roots and Tubers: beets, burdock root, carrots, cassava, garlic, onions, parsnips, potatoes, radish, sweet potatoes, taro, turnips, yams, yucca,

Seeds: flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower (imported amaranth, chia and quiona)

Spices: black pepper, cayenne, chilies, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, curry, garlic, paprika, pepper, red pepper, sea salt, turmeric are all used

Vegetables: asparagus, bell peppers, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cactus, cucumbers, eggplant, green beans, okra, onions, peppers, pumpkins, squash, string beans, tomatoes,

Wild foods: algae, aloe vera, apples, black berries, burdock root, cactus, crabapples, dandelion, elderberries, kelp, mushrooms, mustang grapes, mustard greens, nettles, rose hips, sea weed, yucca,

Most of these foods can be served in a healthy fashion or altered and turned harmful based on many variables such as: colorings, cooking method and time, flavor enhancers, ingredients, MSG, oils added, preparation, preservatives, shelf life, storage, sugar added, table salt,

Other large food crops include GMO corn, soy beans and sugar beets. GMO crops may be one of the worst fake foods on the planet. It is hard to determine which is worse between their altered genetic material or the use of toxic herbicides. Herbicides used on the plants like Roundup contain glycophosphates which appear to be one of the most dangerous and toxic chemicals to humans and all forms of life.

Deep Fried Food

Beware it is just as easy to find a lot of fake, fast and junk foods in the markets and streets as well.

Excess consumption of fried foods many cooked in canola, corn, cottonseed, peanut, safflower, soy or vegetable oils is quite harmful. Processed and refined oils are a recipe for being sad, sick, stressed and suffering. Fried foods, soy oil use and sweets are taking a toll on the population among all age groups and especially younger ones. It is quite sad because many people are now addicted to fake foods robbing them of their health and wealth while also preventing them from being happy and healthy.

Sugar beets and sugar cane have become problematic due to the excess sugar consumption in the US.

Due to the large agriculture industry and imports the variety in the US is excellent. Unfortunately food prices in the large super markets in most cities tend to be quite high. It is very easy to find a good selection of fresh, healthy and nutrient dense whole foods in the US at local coop, ethnic, family, farmers and small markets. They usually offer much better options and prices.

Beware it is just as easy to find a lot of fake, fast and junk foods in the markets and streets as well. The American fast food fad (SAD) has overtaken the US and most of the people are hostage to fast food attacks. Fake, fast and junk foods seem to be everywhere.

One of your best choices is to start a small victory garden in your yard or community garden. Adults and children can receive many benefits from reconnecting to the earth and growing some fruits, greens, herbs and vegetables. Gardening is great for your health in many ways besides the nutrient dense organic whole foods grown. Planting fruit trees in your yard or other areas is a great way to enhance your ecosystem and environment while providing food and trees.

SAD, Sick and Stressed in US

The Standard American Diet (SAD) has become an icon of the US. In every city it seems the big Standard American Diet (SAD) fast food franchises like Burger King, Coca Cola, Domino’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Subway and Starbucks are dominant forces affecting millions of lives. Burgers, French fries and sodas are one of the top meal choices of many generations of Americans. It is easy to see how a few dozen food choices dominate most people’s food consumption.

Blood Pressure

Most families have a member dealing with health problems relating to: arthritis, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, diabetes, digestion, immune function and weight while losing their energy, health and well being.

Fake foods such as: biscuit, bread, burgers, cakes, candy, cereal, chicken strips, crackers, cookies, croissants, donuts, energy drinks, French fries, juices, ketchup, macaroni and cheese, margarine, pancakes, pasta, pies, pizza, processed oils, salad dressing, sandwiches, sodas, spaghetti, have replaced many of the traditional family style foods in the US and the country and people are paying a huge price.

Most families have a member dealing with health problems relating to: arthritis, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, diabetes, digestion, immune function and weight while losing their energy, health and well being. Many are on prescription and OTC medicines continually as a result.

Most people are eating poor food choices and eating in a rushed and unhealthy way. When people are driving, rushed, standing up, walking or watching TV while eating this behavior negatively affects their chewing, digestion, absorption, assimilation and elimination. It is normal for most people to be eating food at fast foods establishments that are prone toward: artificial sweeteners, cheap ingredients, cheap labor, chemical contaminated, confined, cramped, crowded, excess refined sugar, fluorescent lights, GMO ingredients, germs, MSG, micro waved foods, noisy, processed oils, table salt, unclean, unsanitary practices, everyplace except in a relaxed state and at a normal table.

The majority of people are not consuming adequate fresh fruits, greens, herbs, nuts, roots, salads, seeds and vegetables while eating too many servings of breads, cereals, pasta, pizza, potatoes, starches and sugars. Eating too much and too often as well as too late in the day are major challenges in the US. Eating a big meal late in the day disturbs your digestion, biorhythms and creates more stress on your body during the night when you digest, process, repair and rejuvenate to be happy and healthy.

While many people in the US are active and fit and more are looking for ways to do so the US still leads the world with the highest health care costs while having one of the lowest health results. We receive a very low return on investment (ROI) for the significant dollars we spend each year. With the high cost of living in the US and many people struggling financially our trends for higher healthcare costs and declining health is a serious threat to the US economy and standard of living. We cannot afford for this trend to continue without dramatic and drastic consequences.

Hopefully the bureaucrats and politicians will wake up and reduce and repeal the subsidies that make fast, fake and junk foods look like viable choices. When we make it a top priority to promote healthy agriculture, air, disease prevention, ecosystem, education, environment, exercise, food, lifestyle, nutrition, prenatal care and water to encourage people to make healthier choices we will solve our national dilemma and embarrassment regarding the sad, sick, stressed and stupid society we are promoting currently. When the US starts to penalize and punish the fake, fast and junk food promoters and begins promoting and subsidizing a happy, healthy and holistic foods and lifestyle we will see rapid results.

Drinking Wine

Partying affects people’s performance and is reducing our competitive position and productivity.

Another issue in the US is the late night alcohol, beer and wine consumption. Late night computer time and partying affects people’s performance and is reducing our competitive position and productivity. Smoking is still a major issue with people of all ages and many young people are starting in spite of older people quitting. As a result of poor eating habits, excess coffee and tea and lifestyle choices the majority of people in the US are dehydrated. This negatively impacts every area of life for anyone who desires to be happy and healthy.

The US appearance as a super power and wealthy nation is a direct contrast to the many people who are in debt, homeless, hopeless, hungry, jobless, living paycheck to paycheck, malnourished, overwhelmed, sick, struggling, under employed, uneducated, unemployed, on welfare all in contrast to the abundance and wealth owner by a limited small minority of the top 5 percent. We have more than any other country yet we have wasted many trillions on agriculture subsidies, big government, boondoggles, grants, federal bailouts, foreign affairs, industrial military complex, political giveaways, pork barrels, subsidies, war, waste and wrong doing
