The last 2014 Great NEWS post asked Are Anger Fear and Frustration Health Hazards and for 2015 we will be focusing on Healthy Habits for Manifesting a Magnificent 2015. A great life results from behaviors, beliefs, habits and rituals that are empowering for our Body, Mind, Spirit, Relationships, Growth, Career, Finances and Abundance.

Healthy habits can manifest the gratitude, happiness, health, love and peace we enjoy in our life.

As we begin another New Year now is a great time to reflect on the life lessons learned in 2014 and begin manifesting an even better 2015. Now is the perfect time to update and upgrade our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual behavior, beliefs and biology. Healthy habits can manifest the gratitude, happiness, health, love and peace we enjoy in our life.

The end of the year is the perfect time to look back and celebrate our victories and even the challenging situations. It is important to look at all three sides of the coin in life. Jim Rhone is credited with suggesting we not focus on “What am I getting” but instead focus on “What am I becoming.” With the holidays upon us and time off from school and work we can all benefit from setting aside some quality time to recognize and reflect on what has occurred over the last year and what we would like to manifest for the New Year ahead.

Empowering Healthy Habits

Body: Promote and support our alignment, breathing, conditioning, eating nutrient dense organic whole foods, detoxing, digestion, emotions, exercise, fresh air, immune system, lifestyle, maintenance, massage, relaxation, rest, sleep, stress reduction and well being

Mind: Programming your mind with positive people and positive thinking are key components.

Spirit: Participating in chanting, blessings, ceremonies, dancing, fasting, grace, meditation, nature, prayer, religion, singing and solitude help support our spirit.

Relationships: Happy and healthy relationships lead to a happy and healthy reality. When you support others and help them feel special and supported they will reciprocate. All we need is give and receive love freely and without conditions and strings.

Growth: Continually investing the money and time for our personal development and self growth are vital aspects for manifesting a great life. Creating a written SMART Success MAP (mastery action plan) and Life MAP Vision Board will help keep us on track during the year.

Absolute abundance is the result of being able to produce and provide more than enough reserves, resources and results in order to participate in selfless service and share your good fortune with others.

Career: Having a business, career and profession that reinforces our passion and purpose is essential for being happy and healthy.

Finances: Being a good guardian and saving steward are important aspects for attracting and retaining abundance and wealth. Our actions and attitudes will determine our financial abundance.

Abundance: Absolute abundance is the result of being able to produce and provide more than enough reserves, resources and results in order to participate in selfless service and share your good fortune with others.

Solutions Strategies Suggestions for Success

When we focus and follow proven principles we create more pleasure and success in our life. Our year round happiness, health and harmony is the result of following simple steps and implementing specific strategies.

The Healthy Habits 2015 series is designed to help offer common sense suggestions and simple choices for manifesting more of what we deserve and desire. Our choices and decisions will determine our level of happiness and health.
