Do more adults, children and teens look sad, sick, stressed and tired to you? Do you realize that many of these issues are related to a lack of clean water, fresh air, great nutrition and optimal exercise? Articles, blogs and videos are describing numerous health issues resulting from people not making exercise, fitness and nutrition a top priority. Unfortunately many people are clueless to the vital role that exercise, fitness and movement plays in our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health, vitality and well being. A valuable mantra to remember is “my health is my foundation for wealth” and “my mental and physical fitness and health influences my financial fitness and health”.

Dog and WomanAs we become more accustomed to more modern technology it seems we are making some bad and sad choices without being fully aware of the down side. Health professionals are dealing with more diabetes, disease, low energy, immune issues, inflammation, obesity and sickness every day due to the deteriorating resilience, stamina, strength and tone of most individuals in our modern society. These challenges result from a lack of health education, lazy lifestyle, poor posture and Standard Artificial Diet (SAD). The challenge is to place more focus and importance on exercise, fitness and nutrition education for adults and children. When we make agility, balance, conditioning, endurance, flexibility, great posture, health, immune system, nutrition, resilience, stability, strength and tone as priorities we will stop the health care crisis and start a health care evolution. This post will share simple suggestions and strategies to improve every aspect for  health, vitality and well being.

Too many people are being drugged and sedated by unhealthy beverages, fast foods, fake foods, junk foods and highly processed foods while at the same time electronics, games, movies and TV are distracting people with ads for indulgence, laziness and prescriptions. This is leading to major health, nutrition, structural and weakness issues. Modern day products and technology are significantly contributing to degrading our health and well being. This information is intended to help educate, inspire and motivate more people to make exercise and fitness a integral part of their identity and lifestyle. As a long term health advocate I share a variety of solutions, strategies, suggestions and systems to promote vibrant energy, fitness, health and nutrition.

Problem: 20+ Hours Prone and Sitting

Combining the time spent for eating, education, entertainment, reading, sleep, travel and work many people are prone or sitting for 20+ hours a day. Many people feel they are too busy, sad, sick, stressed or tired to exercise and this soon becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

Woman SittingEvery day people are doing themselves a disservice and putting themselves at greater risk for health issues. In addition they are also developing other bad habits to compensate for not giving the body the exercise and movement it was designed for, deserves and desires. Lack of exercise and fitness has a direct link to long term deterioration and wear and tear resulting in damage to our bodies, bones and brains. Remember there is always time to include strategic exercise and natural movement in your day and multi task as you engage in Qi Gong, flex, jump, move, reach, rebound, power plate, squat, stand, stretch, walk and yoga.

As mentioned in previous blog posts most people rationalize and self hypnotized themselves into believing the sad story they create about why they do not have time for exercise and fitness. It is therefore essential to seek coaching, guidance, inspiration, mentors and training in the basic of alignment, functional movement, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and powerful products to get the most benefit in the least amount of time. Years of research for better fitness, health, nutrition and wellness practices and protocols has helped me to gain great ideas, insights and inspiration for great exercise, fitness and health programs that can yield significant benefits in just 20 to 30 minutes a day. Every one has that amount of time when they realize it can be integrated into some parts of their day with No Extra Time (NET) required. My research has identified great resources and role models to help this and improve many aspects of your health and lifestyle in the process.

Solution: Move More and Sit Less

We must teach, think and train our brain and body to move more and sit less. We must avoid habits and habitats that contribute to inactivity and excessive sitting that is harming our health. By engaging in a wide variety of body weight exercise and movement routines we can fully engage our musculature and nervous system for fantastic fun and rapid results. Imagine sitting, standing and stretching in ways that fully challenge your agility, balance, endurance and strength. We can all make time to engage in some body weight and natural movement that stimulates and super charges your body and brain. If we have time to watch a computer screen or TV we have time to do natural movement exercise and fitness while doing it. Finding ways to be more efficient and effective in less time is easy once we make a decision and set our mind to create a habit. Emotions, movement and music are the fastest ways to engage in exercise and energize our body and brain for peak performance which will improve the quality of our life.

Sitting and talking on a  phone can be a waste of valuable time. When you stand and stretch or walk and talk you are being more effective and efficient with your time. Talking and walking can be a great way to combine exercise and communication with family and friends.

Man SquattingSitting, squatting or standing  are great ways to quickly activate your entire body. Sitting on a stability ball is better than a chair for activating better muscle mastery.

Correct form and posture are important when you engage in any physical activity or movement. We must avoid the temptation to let the body be disengaged, immobile, slouching, stiff and tense. We must learn to keep our head erect and sit or stand straight and tall with the shoulder blades back and engaged.

One of the best things we can do is to sit erect and stall tall with our body weight evenly distributed on our feet or hips. Shift the body and feet to activate blood flow and stimulate the lymph system. Rebounding offers real results to energize and lymphasize.

By joining a great exercise and fitness community, network or social group it is easy to exchange ideas and information with other like minded people. While the community can be a fitness club it can also easily be a facility for gathering outside of traditional fitness memberships that promote lots of technology equipment and weight machines. Once you learn the basics of Fitness walking, Heavyhands, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), MoveNat, Pilates, Power Plate, Rebounding, Stability ball or yoga it is easier to continue this practice on your own whenever time permits.    Often it is better to engage in 3 to 5 minutes of fitness and health training mini sessions several times a day rather than plan on one long session which may or may not happen.

MovNat Restoration is a great beginner resource video that helps you train for amazing agility, balance, conditioning, endurance, flexibility, strength and tone. For inspiration regarding the MovNat philosophy and psychology watch the video:

Dr. Mercola has come up with an updated and upgraded High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routine that is super effective and super fast at providing rapid results. Combine it with intermittent fasting and experience even better rapid results.

Power Plate is absolutely a fantastic fitness program and is definitely a complex full body exercise program.
