Recently the posts have been focused on the health hazards we face and the disease and distress that results.  Today’s post is the beginning of the A to Z series of simple steps we can take to prevent disease and protect our self from many hazards. As mentioned in the previous blogs there are a wide variety of biological, ecological, immunological, neurological, pharmaceutical, physiological, psychological and toxicological hazards that are affecting our long and short term health.

This post will begin the A to Z series with solutions, strategies and suggestions which have been identified as most helpful for my own health and that of my family and clients. Implementing these ideas have been found to be helpful to avoid, minimize and mitigate many health hazards and lifestyle issues. With the large number of people facing even greater numbers of health incidences this seemed the most effective and efficient way to help the most people possible.

We must all learn to identify health hazards to our body, mind and spirit and design mastery action plans to minimize their impact to our happiness and health. We know the hazards that cause disease so it is time to focus on the solutions to prevent it.

Since our environment, lifestyle and nutrition are three of the most serious factors contributing to our health this post is dedicated to an alphabetical list of the best of the best my research has found.

Conscious Change and Healthy Habits

Since too many people are feeling sad, sick, stressed and struggling we must focus on new behaviors and habits. If the chemicals and synthetic compounds in the air, food, land and water are a health hazard we must avoid them as best as possible. Since we are surrounded by artificial sweeteners, chemicals, drugs, dyes, Electro-Magnetic Frequencies (EMF), fertilizers, flavorings, food coloring, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, medications, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, preservatives, radiation, synthetic compounds and vaccinations that harm our health we must implement a defense and protective plan that provides maximum health benefits..

Since I am so frequently asked for coaching, guidance and suggestions for various health challenges and issues it seemed like the perfect time to summarize my top super solutions, strategies and suggestions to help preserve and protect their health. The upcoming blog posts will be written in and A to Z listing of the best of the best ideas, insights and investigation that has come to my attention over the last few decades to minimize health hazards and maximize helpful holistic health habits for our emotional, mental, nutritional, physical and spiritual well being.

Many companies and individuals are determined to take advantage of you for their own gain and greed. Big bucks and mega corporations are eager to sell you fake, fast and junk food as well as pills, potions and products that take your money and leave you with the consequences.

Here are the “A” list of solutions, strategies and suggestions to implement for improved happiness and holistic health

  • Attitude is everything when it comes to happiness, health and how we live life.  When we want to live life to the fullest we are: caring, compassionate, curious, determined, diligent, faithful, generous, honest, kind, loving, optimistic, passionate, supportive and wise.
  • Alcohol abuse and addiction are serious health hazards that require helpful interventions to deal with the emotional, mental, physical, psychological and spiritual issues.
  • Alkalize and Energize:  Excess acidity comes form a  wide range of highly processed and refined beverages and foods. Fake, fast and junk foods are a major source of over acidic consumables. Alcohol, sodas, sugar are especially problematic fried foods
  • Alkalizing can be accomplished by external (transdermal) and internal use of baking soda, calcium bentonite clay, green plants and alkaline minerals
  • A Vitamin.  Therapeutic levels of Vitamin A is essential.
  • Animal products consumed in excess can be harmful. Especially if they are from CAFO’s.
  • Avoid and minimize radiation exposure from CT scans, mammograms, MRI, nuclear material and X ray. Choose Thermography instead. Stop construction of new nuclear plants.  Start deactivation of existing nuclear power plants.
  • All artificial sweeteners are toxic chemical compounds. Avoid chemicals and synthetic compounds which are harmful .

  •  Apple cider vinegar is a potent natural remedy when consumed raw.
  •  Avocados, almonds, amaranth, artichokes, arugula, anchovies, asparagus, apricots, alfalfa and anise are healthy foods to enjoy.
  •  Ayurvedic medicine herbs like ashwagandha and astragalus are extremely beneficial.
  •  Algae is one of the healthiest plant foods on the planet. Blue green algae, chlorella, sea weed and spirulina are all fantastic superfoods.
  •  Aloe vera is a succulent plant that has many health benefits.
  •  Astaxanthin is a red micro algae that provides healthy nutrients in wild salmon and krill.
  •  Adrenal fatigue is a major health issue and affect many people.  Excess energy boosters (caffeine, coffee, energy drinks, sodas, sugar), excess stress and lack of sleep are major factors contributing to adrenal issues.  Less stressing and more sleep and solitude are the best remedy.  Mantras, meditation and mudras are some of the most beneficial health habits to adopt.
  • Amalgam filing health hazards must be identified and researched.   Removing and replacing them is essential for good health.
  • Antibiotic free foods are important to prevent creating antibiotic resistant bacteria.
  •  Avoid artificial and synthetic additives in beverages and foods.
  • Accent the seasoning is made with Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) an excito-toxin. This is harmful to your brain and nervous system.
  •  Antioxidants are vital to help prevent free radical damage.  Only consume food based organic antioxidants.
  • Amino Acids are key to energy, health and vitality. There are 8 essential amino acids our body needs. Without proper nutrition you will be deficient and vulnerable to disease..
  • Apricot pits have Vitamin B 17 which is a very potent antioxidant and medicinal medicine.
  •  Alzheimer’s is a rapidly increasing cause of death, disease and distress. It is highly dependent on our environmental, immune system, lifestyle and nutrition factors more than most people realize.  You can learn a lot of great information from the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Summit.
  • Activated charcoal is great for detoxing the body and used by many doctors and emergency rooms.
