What have you heard, read or seen on the practice of Energy Psychology (EP) for directing our happiness, harmony, and health? One of my main fascinations over the last few decades and now a passion focus for my blog is the benefits of various forms of Energy Psychology to help improve our emotional, mental and physical well being.
My research and role models have revealed over 100 modalities linked to Energy Psychology and our goal is to share the benefits received by using EP to improve our health and well being. Imagine the many benefits of tapping into Energy Psychology for holistic health and mindful methods to improve our resiliency, vitality, and well being.
If everything around us consists of energy and information which influences our body, emotions, and thoughts then we can learn ways to apply EP for improving our lives. Learning EP can unleash and unlock access to even more of our personal power and pure potential.
Since Energy Psychology (EP) is a collection of body-mind approaches for understanding and improving human functioning we can integrate it into our way of being and living. By focusing on our behaviors, emotions, energy channels and thoughts we can direct our actions, habits, and routines for better outcomes. This can result in better results and rewards for ourselves and our interactions with others. This can help influence our cultural, environmental and interpersonal relations.

Alkalize to Energize Your Psychology
Alkalizing is the process of maintaining a slightly alkaline pH level which has been shown to be more energizing and healthy for our body and brain to function optimally. Our physical state of being acidic or alkaline influences our quality of actions, behaviors, emotions, and physiology. By being more alkaline it is easier to be aware of our language and word patterns and thus better able to direct our behavior and habits for more positive progress and rapid results with desired outcomes. It is essential and vital to stay alkaline to maintain our immune system at an optimal level.
Being alkaline has been found to be helpful with a wide variety of health benefits and peak performance behaviors. Research has shown that being alkaline is helpful for improving peak performance in school, sports, and success endeavors. Remember…choose carefully what you drink, and eat daily because that will lay the foundation for your day and ultimately your future.
Anchoring is a very beneficial process where you can consciously choose to condition and train your body and brain for better outcomes. We can anchor and condition our body and brain to link certain actions, behaviors, and thoughts for improved habits and peak performance. Many people attest to receiving major benefits and results by anchoring themselves during activities, exercises, and performance routines. Many times minor tapping our touching done on a repetitive basis during an activity can create rapid results that are nothing less than miraculous. People have been able to improve their actions, outcomes and thinking by simply anchoring and conditioning in new neuromuscular stimulus for improvements and peak performance.
Emotional, mental and physical congruence is important to be and perform at our best and optimize our behaviors, lifestyle, and thinking. Anchoring can help us be more productive, resourceful, and successful. Everything we need to be all we can be is within us now when we align and anchor in our actions, driving force, and energy to manifest our dream life into reality.
