As the New Year arrives, which beliefs, behaviors, and blind spots affecting your lifestyle are worth putting on your radar screen to review? The weakest link in a chain causes it to fail over time. Our cumulative weak links cause aspects of our lifestyle to fail. When it comes to weak lifestyle links there are several categories to consider.
Doing daily lifestyle enhancements to help prevent and protect against developing a weak lifestyle link.
Deficit disorder is a warning sign that a weak lifestyle link is likely going to get weaker and cause problems.
Disruptive disorder contributes to continual detrimental weakening of an important lifestyle link.
Destructive disorder is a severe weak lifestyle link that increases your risk for a rapid lifestyle link failure.
