Currently with the negative news surrounding bird flu, crime, debt crisis, disease outbreaks, droughts, economic worries, fires, food prices, food shortages, floods, global conflicts, government abuse, health crisis, inflation, pollution, storms, tariffs, water shortages, and weather issues it can feel harder to feel happy and in harmony.

Prana is the energy life force that supports, surrounds, and sustains us. Prana fuels, nourishes, and supports our body, mind, and spirit. Positive Prana can be absorbed, accumulated, and attracted by simple steps:

- Balance your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being with meditation, mindfulness, and prayer.
- Check in with your Code of Conduct to ensure your lifestyle reflects your standards. and values.
- Concentrate on your Core Values to maintain a positive and productive lifestyle.
- Decisions determine your destiny. Do a daily debrief to see if you are doing what is necessary to manifest the destiny you desire.
- Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a powerful set of tools to release negative energy and make room for more positive energy and prana to empower you.
- Exercise helps release negative energy and stress and refill your Prana life force tank.
- Fueling your body with nutrient-dense organic whole foods helps maintain your prana. Five fruits and veggies a day also help keep Prana parasites and vampires away.
- God gave us the freedom of choice. Prana helps people make better choices.
- Herbs and medicinal plants contain powerful prana. What are you doing to access it daily?
- Inviting Prana in and releasing negative fields is easy to do and easy not to do. Prana directs our actions, belief systems, and emotions to manifest our dream life.

- Pranayama is a form of breathing, breath work, and Yogic philosophy. Oxygen is a key fuel for life and prana.
- Prayer is a powerful way to connect with more Prana, the life force.
- Questioning the ingredients, intentions, and narratives of others is a key success strategy to attract more Prana and repel the Dark energy and Dark Side.
- Reading educational, inspirational, and motivational information helps attract more powerful prana and avoid the prana parasites and vampires.
- Sleep, sunlight, and supplements are essential to attract, maintain, and sustain your prana.
- Various life choices and life decisions deplete or duplicate your prana potential. Choose wisely.
- Walking in nature is a great way to boost your prana and banish your stress.
- Yoga helps attract and maintain a higher level of prana.
These simple steps can help you attract, maintain, and sustain your positive prana. Prana is magnified and multiplied when you adopt healthy habits and avoid unhealthy habits. If your happiness, harmony, and health are important to you, do a daily Prana audit to determine if you are attracting Prana or depleting Prana. When manifesting more life force, Prana is a key part and priority for your daily success strategies for more magic moments to appear in your life and reconfirm you are living your divine life.

Positive Praise
Praise can come in many forms. Most people enjoy receiving positive praise. The key is providing praise in a way that meets their belief systems, love language, and Neuro-linguistic programming.
Common forms of praise include:
- Auditory – They want to hear you say something nice or positive
- Emotional – They enjoy an external or internal feel-good emotion
- Energy – Some people want to exchange something of value like: borrowing, deeds, food, learning, sharing, support,or time.
- Internal – Many people want to feel good inside by doing or receiving something they appreciate.
- Facial – Sometimes just a laugh, nod, smile, touch, or wink is enough to make someones day.
- Financial – Some people want an economic or financial exchange to feel praise.
- Intuitive – Often people get a gut feeling or intuition that they perceive as praise or a problem.
- Mental – Many people get caught up in their head and mentally over process or think about what others do or say. Being sensitive to this can help them feel praised.
- Nonverbal – Ways to share praise can be an email, emoji, flower, gift, look, message, picture, smile, or touch.
- Physical – Praise can be physical in the form of a bonus, certificate, flower, gift, picture, plant, promotion, or tip.
- Verbal – Praise can be an acknowledgement, compliment, kind word, reassurance, and reward.
- Visual – Infers something the recipient can see as a form of praise. Examples are clothes, flowers, jewelry, metals, notes, pictures, physical items, plants, and trophies.
- Spiritual – Forms of praise that evoke a spiritual feeling can include blessings, ceremonies, prayers, rituals, and sacraments.
- Written – praise includes books, certificates, checks, documents, emails, notes, obituaries, poems, and positive words.
Positive Prayer
Many people use prayer to ask for divine intervention, help, miracles, and saving from disease, pain, suffering, and troubles. The problem with this can be that your ego is asking for help in order to have life or the cosmos change to benefit you as a form of divine manipulation to get what you think you deserve or want. Positive Prayer is where you ask, invoke, or request your divine inner self and divine spirit to help you be more re-energized, resilient, and resourceful in order to manifest more magic moments. Prayer is not a tool to get the universe and world to bend to meet your desires, needs, and wants. Prayer is a powerful practice to remind you to be more and do more to manifest your God given skills and talents. Positive Prayer is a mantra. mental attitude, and a mindset that you are powerful beyond your awareness. belief, and understanding. Positive Prayer reminds you to step up and be all you can be.

The call to action is to inspire you to identify and learn more ways to enhance the power of positive prana, praise, and prayer. When we invest our energy, money, and time in implementing more Energy Psychology strategies, we are able to dig deep and find resources within that can help us find more of our personal power and resourcefulness.
