Did you know that most of our adult programming takes place during our first seven years of life? For most of us, things are radically different today. Yet, we are mysteriously motivated to act, behave, and think in ways that were our conditioned early childhood belief system during our first seven years. While many good things may be programmed into our conscious and subconscious mind, we also may have a lot of coding, operating, and programming glitches that no longer serve us as adults.  When we learn how to reprogram our belief systems with updated and upgraded information, we can better align our body, mind, and spirit towards our passion and purpose in life.

Our breath provides the energy, fuel, and molecules that allow our body and brain to function.  Pranayama is a term in Ayurveda that refers to yogic practice focused on breathing and life force (Prana). A previous blog discussed breath walking. Breath work training is important to understand because many people have become mouth breathers instead of nasal breathers.  Being a mouth breather causes a wide range of health issues.
