Basis of EFT
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is based on the belief that disempowering emotions and negative thoughts are a disruption of your central nervous system and energy field that creates a short circuit or warning in your operating system. Similar to a computer virus or outdated software your brain and central nervous system may begin to act up, malfunction and may even shut down. EFT is a simple system for dealing with those disruptions and restarting your system. You begin the process by tuning into the emotions and thoughts that are inhibiting your happiness and health and deal with them at the emotional, mental and physical level.
It is very effective and often used in combination with several different health and wellness modalities together. Like a computer running old software or insufficient random access memory (RAM) you will be able to update and upgrade your central nervous system to be more effective by reversing the negative short circuit, resetting the circuit breaker and restarting your operating system.
