I Love Puerto Rico Welcome to our Eco Puerto Rico (EPR) bulletin 1 update.

We are eager to connect with like-minded people who share our values, virtues, and visions. For those of you who feel connected to our EPR project for a healthy lifestyle and investment haven please reach out to us.

My most recent due diligence and scouting trip to Puerto Rico was in October 2019 and thanks to Nico Guzman and others it was very informative and productive.

Why Puerto Rico?

When you think about…affordable housing, beautiful beaches, the Caribbean Sea, proximity to the US, good infrastructure, familiar services, stores, mountains, healthcare, low taxes, medicare, paradise island, retirement, tropical paradise, and wonderful lifestyle…what comes to mind? For me, one island seems to meet all these criteria… Puerto Rico. The fact that the Act 20-22 tax incentive offers additional benefits and a big bonus.

High-Rise in Puerto RicoWe are now looking for property in Puerto Rico to be close to the US, in an eco-friendly community and a tropical paradise. The ideal property would have clear title, electricity, water and one quality house on it. We have experienced a roller coaster of challenges and surprises in Belize and Costa Rica which makes Puerto Rico an ideal location.

After the economic downturn of 2008 and hurricane Maria in 2017, the time seems right in PR for us to find a great property for a paradise retirement and wellness community. The land acquisition, title process, construction, and startup should be much smoother in PR due to better building standards, infrastructure, and systems.

Tourism CollateralThis was my sixth trip to PR but the first time I rented a car and drove around the island. In many ways, it reminds me of Oahu Hawaii except at much better prices. Concrete homes are fairly standard in PR and despite the hurricane issues we are confident we can build cement block homes and monolithic dome homes that have a minimal risk for damage.

PR also looks very similar to Costa Rica with beautiful beaches, lush vegetation mountains, and rivers. Selling Costa Rica will free up funds to make investing and life easier.

Next Step

Beautiful BeachesAfter we sell the Uvita Costa Rica property and free up funds for our PR Eco Village project we plan to buy between 100 to 500 acres. We have started connecting and networking with builders, developers and investors to attract an experienced eco-friendly developer joint venture partner. Since PR is a popular ecotourism destination we are looking to replicate many benefits and features we have in Belize listed in our Executive Investment Summary on the Beltraide website. Our 640-acre project in Belize has positioned us to replicate a similar project here in Puerto Rico.

The goal of the Morningstar NEWS is to condense hours of research down to two minutes of education, information and inspiration for a healthy lifestyle and mindset. We feel confident EcoShell 1 domes will provide a healthy and sustainable home in PR that will create Caribbean dream homes in paradise that Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, investors and PR retirees are looking for. We are eager to hear from you about what your dream home vision looks like. Remember to help us help you by helping us with your ideas to guide us to success. Who do you know that fits our Caribbean Paradise Project?
