When all 8 areas in our wheel of life are in balance we are more easily able to be better, feel fantastic and live longer. The outcome for focusing on the Wheel of Life areas early in 2014 is to help people understand this ancient wisdom that goes back thousands of years. Our Wheel of Life consists of 8 areas that combined creates our existence and experience of life on earth.  Mastering this concept allows us to design our life in a way that allows us to be even more happy, healthy and wealthy.

When we create the mastery action plans, mental attitude and mindset adjustments that manifests the life of our dreams magic moments occur.  As the good book says “Where there is no vision the people perish”.  Be sure to have a vivid vision and mastery actions plans for all areas in your wheel of life.

Since we do not come with an owner’s manual it is important to figure out how we are designed, programmed and wired.  Once we find out what is and is not working we can begin to retrain our physiology, programming and psychology.  With great mentors, role models and teachers we can easily update and upgrade our programming, operating system and software.  Replacing limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs is needed to create the life we deserve and desire.

The Wheel of Life can be traced back to the Zen philosophy and played a prominent role in the life of Shaolin Monks in China. These monks demonstrate amazing abilities, dedication, discipline, skills and training that transcend all areas of their life.

When we apply the same proven principles on a consistent basis with a persistent mindset we can experience magic moments every day. There is infinite abundance and intelligence that surrounds us and we all have the opportunity to tap into this source to be happy, healthy and wealthy. 

Creating a champion’s checklist is a great way to program our internal GPS system to attain, maintain and sustain progress.  Do you have checklist, Life MAP, Vision Board and Wheel of Life reminder on your desktop, journal, laptop, mirror, smart phone, tablet or wall?  Our mastery mindset and wheel of life become the operating system and software to guide us to being even more healthy, wealthy and wise.  Applying these proven principles and simple suggestions sets us up to enjoy more magic moments and rapid results in all areas of life.

Personal Power Hour

Create a Personal Power Hour each day. Whether it is one of the first rituals in the morning or spread across the day it is a vital routine that impacts our natural ability to be Happy, Healthy & Wealthy.

Wake with minimal disruption and avoid loud alarms.  Wake up lights, gentle music, nature sounds and Zen alarms are great ways to start the day.  Write down any dreams, ideas or insights that occurred during deep Delta sleep. Often we receive powerful messages from our unconscious mind and the universe that can greatly enhance the quality of our life.  Set a powerful intention for manifesting a great day.

Empty your bladder and bowels. Check the color of your urine. The darker the urine the more dehydrated the body is.

Brush teeth with Dr Bronner’s tooth soap and baking soda.  Rinse with cinnamon and neem oil mouth wash. Smell some essential oil (eucalyptus, lemon, lime or orange) are great scents to perk up naturally.

Consuming Calcium Bentonite Clay gel (1/4 teaspoon) and psyllium husk internally with warm water has been found to offer some amazing benefits.  Caution calcium bentonite clay is alkaline (negative ionic charge) and known to form an ionic bond with any toxic substance in your digestive track that has a positive charge.   This includes Over the Counter (OTC) medications, prescription medications, chemicals, herbicides, insecticides and pesticides which carry a positive ionic charge.  Therefore use your common sense when deciding if this is a good decision for your situation.  Also consider washing your produce in water that has calcium bentonite clay added to it to help remove toxic compounds.   

Hydrate with room temperature or warm water with Mega Greens plus MSM.  Be sure to filter tap water and do something to activate, alkalize, bless and energize it first.

Do deep diaphragm breathing or Breath Walking (saying mantras Sa, Ta, Na, Ma and mudras touching fingertips). Or practice Rebounding, Toe Raises or Yoga.  Have your Life MAP and Vision Board in view for a great visual anchor. 

Get energized and excited about learning, life and love. Do Incantations while in a peak physiology.   Every day in every way I am… An Attitude of Gratitude; Happy and Healthy; Healthy, Wealthy and Wise; Unstoppable and Unwavering; Fantastic, Fit and Foxy; Financially Free; Learning and Loving; Smarter and Stronger; Sexier and Stronger; Healthier and Wealthier; Abundant and Amazing; Feeling Fabulous; Manifesting Magic Moments; Thinking Terrific Thoughts.  Repeating the “I am” before the incantations is a very powerful auditory and kinesthetic anchor and form of identity programming.

Perform High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  Warm up, exercise and cool down in 30 to 45 minutes 3 to 4 times a week with CrossFit, Elliptical machine, Monkey Bar Gym, Peak 8, Plyometrics, Power Plate, Primal Fitness or TRX. Exercising on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday morning works our great because Monday and Friday can be challenging days and we usually have more time on the weekend when we plan well. With workouts on Sunday we start the week great and Saturday we end great.  Maintain a health and safety mental focus and visualization during the exercise.

Follow up with additional healthy hydration. Consume a minimum of 500 ML during the first 2 hours after waking.  Reduce or replace conventional coffee with herbal teas, yerbe matte or organic coffee.

Set Intentions and Outcomes prior to Meditation.  Think about:  Who am I?  Why am I here?  How can I serve?  Mediate for 10 to 30 minutes.  Meditate less on HIIT days and more on rest days.

Shower and think over Empowering Morning Questions: How will I show up today?  What will be great today? Why am I committed to be happy and healthy? Who will educate, inspire and teach me today? What am I grateful for?

Decide to have fun and play full out in your passion, performance, profession and prosperity today.  Sing and smile because you are lovable and loved.  Everything starts with our attitude towards our self first.

Use natural deodorant, essential oils and get dressed.  Wear accessories, beads, clothes, colors, crystals, jewelry, magnetic insoles, Q Link, shoes or things that empower and energize you.   Avoid toxic things that harm your health.

Enjoy an Energy Elixir or Power Protein breakfast.  Be sure to say a brief blessing for the healthy beverages and food. Take your morning all natural enzymes, krill oil, minerals, probiotics, supplements, trace elements and vitamins.

Listen to CD, MP3 or podcast with educational empowering information or motivating music while getting ready and commuting.

Play Full Out and Work Smart

Focus on passion and purpose with a peak performance physiology, programming and psychology for business, career, education, marketing, prospecting phone calls, school and writing activities.

Every 30 minutes move your body and indulge in a 5 minute break for: Brain Gym, breath walking, chair yoga, deep diaphragm breathing, EFT tapping, herbal tea, Power Plate, rebounding, squats, stair walk, stretch, Swiss exercise ball and water.

Hydrate with room temperature or warm water with Mega Greens plus MSM at least 1 Liter before lunch.  Herbal teas or lemon water are also great.  Be centered, connected and grounded during the day.

Enjoy a few minutes of EFT tapping to release stress and tension or a ten minute power walk thinking of tapping points before a healthy Power Lunch.  You are what you eat so choose wisely.  Follow up with a short stroll in nature to breathe some fresh air, see some trees and smell the flowers/ roses. Aromatherapy using essential oils like: anise, cinnamon, clove, cedar wood, eucalyptus, frankincense, myrrh, rosemary and rosewood can have powerful benefits. 

During each hour in the afternoon indulge in more 5 minute breaks for Brain Gym, breath walking, chair yoga, deep diaphragm breathing, EFT tapping, herbal tea, Power Plate, rebounding, squats, stair walking,  stretch, Swiss exercise ball or water.

Check your energy field and activate energy psychology benefits with EFT tapping, Feng Shui, Massage, Qi Gong, Reflexology or Tai Chi to release stress and tension.  Hydrate.

Walking and talking in the neighborhood with family, partner or spouse is a great way to reconnect and reduce stress.  When you are not talking do your breath walking meditation. Do 4 quick breaths in through the nose and then 4 quick breaths out through the mouth while saying Sa, Ta, Na, Ma on the outward breath. Touching your thumb to each finger on the in breath and then again on the out breath is a bonus benefit. Even better if you carry a back pack and hand weights.  This is also another chance to do a more physical workout if not done in the morning.

Hydrate with room temperature or warm water with Mega Greens plus MSM.  Make sure from lunch until dinner you consume at least 1 Liter of water. Take your evening natural krill oil, minerals, supplements, trace elements and vitamins.

Enjoy a healthy delicious and nutritious Organic Whole Foods Dinner between 5:30 and 7:00 PM.   Enjoy a healthy dessert made with supplements and super foods. Followed up with a short stroll in nature if you did not take have time for your walk and talk to breathe some fresh air, see some trees and smell the roses.  Remember a brief blessing giving thanks for life lessons learned and celebrate the magic moments.   Avoid consuming liquids after dinner.

Avoid mindless TV and listen to CD, MP3 or Podcast or watch educational and empowering information on line while sitting on a Swiss exercise ball or standing up at least part of the time.  This is great for getting off your buttocks where we spent way too much time during the day.  Read emails or educational and inspirational information.  Avoid negative news and shut down the visual stimulus at least 1 hour before going to bed which should be by 10:00 for optimal health and vitality.

Prepare your items for a healthy breakfast and power lunch.  Soak the beans, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds to be used for the next day and week.

Do some deep breathing, gentle Yoga or meditation with a Life MAP and Vision Board in view to help calm and relax the body and mind. Another idea is taking a relaxing bath or shower with calming and relaxing essential oils such as lavender, rosemary or sandalwood, candles and music. Go over your evening empowering questions.

What was great today?  What did I learn?  Who helped me and who did I help? How will my creative mind discover new ideas while my body sleeps?

Brush your teeth and empty your bladder and bowels.  Do a quick round of EFT tapping to release any lingering emotional issues from the day.  Do some calming acupressure, massage, reflexology or touch for health. 

Be sure your environment is comfortable, dark, quiet and sorted for super supportive sleep.  Mute or turn off any cell phone or electronic devices that might disturb your sleep and keep all electronics away from your bed and body.  Keep the laptop computer, tablet and TV out of the bedroom.  Learn and use special techniques to improve the quality of sleep such as lucid dreaming, magnetic mattress pad, nocturnal leaning, pillow placed between or under the knees, therapeutic music or nature sounds (running water or waves) or white noise.  Avoid pillows that stress the head and neck alignment.

Get settled in bed and visualize having a great night’s super sleep that is reenergizing, refreshing, rejuvenating, repairing, resting and revitalizing to the body, mind and spirit.  Feel, hear and see your self waking up empowered, energized and excited and ready for another great day.  Set your attention and intention for a sound sleep and magic moments momentum in the morning.

Magic Moment Weekend Rituals

Apply calcium bentonite clay mask on the feet Friday night and on the face on Saturday morning.  Apply a light coat of high quality organic raw oil such as almond, coconut, jojoba, olive or sesame oil.

Use a skin brush before a bath or shower on Saturday and Sunday.

Take a detox tub bath with baking soda, calcium bentonite clay or Epsom salts while listening to healing and relaxing music while enjoying the scents of relaxing essential oils.  Use Dr Bronner’s pure castile soap and ditch the toxic shampoo and soap.

Use coconut oil, olive oil or sesame oil for “Oil Pulling: Swish the oil in the mouth for 5 to 10 minutes and then spit it out. This pulls our bacteria and toxins.

Consume and use high quality essential oils like: coco butter, coconut, jojoba, palm oil, sesame, shea butter each day.  Learn to consume Aloe vera, sea weeds, super foods, wild foods.  Do some juicing of healthy greens, vegetables and wheatgrass.  Discover the many benefits, flavor and fun of organic raw foods.

At least once a month experiment and enjoy new exotic dishes, herbs, ingredients, recipes, seasonings and spices. Learn to make herbal infusions and teas with healthy medicinal herbs. Discover the benefits of intermittent fasting.  One or two days a week can provide fantastic health benefits.

At least quarterly set aside time for a weekend cleanse and detox.  A colon hydrotherapy or enema would also be beneficial.

Commit to one day of relaxation and rest to contemplate, journal, read, think, worship and write.

One personal power hour is the minimum daily requirement to be healthy, wealthy and wise and create magic moments.  Anything less than 1 hour per day is robbing your body, mind and spirit of the gifts and greatness you deserve.

Understanding the insight of this pearl of wisdom from the Dalai Lama will help us understand the personal power inherent in our Wheel of Life:  “Man sacrifices his health in order to make money.  Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.” Wow these are words of wisdom!
