Here are some of the various herbal coffees, teas, and tonics I drink. Most of them are very low cost when bought in bulk and some ingredients are even free when grown or wildcrafted.

Bark teas have a long history of medicinal uses. Consider researching birch, cinnamon, magnolia, mahogany, maple, oak, and pine bark teas.

Ginger and ginseng tea is a superb adaptogen and antioxidant combination popular in many Asian countries.

Golden Chai can be made with cardamom, cinnamon, clove, fennel, ginger, peppercorns, star anise, and turmeric. Adding almond or coconut milk gives it a creamy rich taste.

Green tea is great because it has antioxidants, nutrients, and polyphenols with big benefits for our bodies. One compound is Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), a catechin with powerful properties.
