Find some family, friends and co-workers interested in starting a healthy cuisine dinner club. Mark your calendars to host bi-monthly or monthly special dinner nights. Identify countries and themes to create exciting new meals. Search the internet for the history and recipes of various countries and cultures.  Then find farmers markets, health foods stores and international markets for the foods and spices. Prepare and enjoy some healthy foods and international cuisine using the food groups identified. Some recipes and preparation methods may need modifications such as sauteing or steaming instead of frying.  Bon appetite!
