This blog is dedicated to sharing some simple steps and super benefits of being consciously aware of your body language and facial expressions. Body language and facial expressions are powerful external indicators of what is going on internally. There is a mindset that says if you are happy be sure to tell your face and smile. Happy faces and smiling are essential if you want to enjoy a happy and healthy life. Body language and facial expressions are also used in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) as key clues and indicators of what is happening on the inside. Body language and facial expressions have been shown to positively influence our emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Almost everyone has heard the saying about how the muscles used for smiling can send signals to the body and brain that influences all areas of your life.

Energy psychology is the art and science of tapping into the world of wisdom that can enhance the human experience of life to a happier, healthier, and higher level. There is a significant amount of information and research that has been focused on the many positive benefits of being aware of our body language and facial expressions. Hundreds of muscles and nerves in our faces yield many different facial expressions. When you are committed and dedicated to looking your best you will find that learning and training your facial expressions will help reprogram, rewire, and rewrite your emotional, mental, and physical being and enhance your happiness, harmony, and health.

The passion and purpose of Morningstar NEWS are to help people with education, information, inspiration, and motivation to discover the best that energy psychology has to offer. Body Language

Focusing on your body language and facial expressions is powerful in giving a beneficial boost to your overall health and well-being. Making shifts in your lifestyle and mindset can yield major shifts in your body language and facial expressions and therefore your level of being happy, healthy, and in harmony. This week, the energy psychology modalities to contemplate are your body language and facial expressions and how they influence your connection and consciousness with others. Our goal is to invite you to look in the mirror and look closely at your body language and facial expressions. There are some excellent books dedicated to the importance and power of understanding body language and facial expressions. Consider reading Body Language – How to Read Any Body or the Dictionary of Body Language – A Field Guide to Human Behavior.

Facial Expressions

If a picture is worth a thousand words, imagine how many words a picture of your face is worth. Our body language and facial expressions say a lot about our happiness and health. Is your face happy and smiling or is it frowning and sad? Do you remember your mother telling you that if you continue making ugly faces your face will make you look ugly? Is your skin glowing and healthy or is it gray and haggard looking? Remember…facial expressions say a lot about our emotional, financial, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Our daily behaviors, beliefs, and biology are linked to our facial expressions and directly and indirectly influence our communications, connections, energy, longevity, and vitality more than we realize. Facial expressions can attract people or repel people depending on our body language, vocal quality, tone, and word choices.  Be sure to understand how powerful our body language and facial expressions are in influencing all areas of our life. Anyone and everyone can easily enhance their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being by simply focusing on their body language and facial expressions.

Many people focus on the perceived attraction and beauty of a person’s body language and facial expressions. Over the years many people have become obsessed with beauty, makeup, and skin care products. What is important to realize is how facial expressions are often more positive and powerful drivers for a person’s appearance and beauty. A beautiful person who frowns or scrunches their face will normally be deemed less attractive than a person that laughs, smiles, and winks. Investing the time to update and upgrade your body language and facial expressions will pay big dividends.

Facial Cleansing, Nutrition, and Pampering

Many people are harming their body, face, and their health by their unhealthy habits and lifestyle. For example, many facial cleansers and soaps are made with health-hazard artificial chemicals and compounds that damage your skin. Also, most body soaps and facial soaps are made with health-hazard artificial chemicals and compounds that damage your skin. We should also mention that most acne treatments, conditioners, facial wipes, lotions, makeups, moisturizers, shampoos, and sunscreens are made with health-hazard artificial chemicals and compounds that damage your skin. Unfortunately, most of the products on the market that people use for their beauty and body care are made with health-hazard artificial chemicals and compounds that damage your skin. Even if the label says natural, safe, and tested most beauty care and body care products are loaded with health-hazard additives, chemicals, colorings, fragrances, preservatives, and unregulated ingredients. When it comes to beauty and body care products it is a wild west situation so remember “Caveat Emptor” (Buyer Beware).

Believe it or not, nutrition also plays a role in our body language and facial expression. Poor nutrition often leads to unhealthy hair and skin as well as excess weight and obesity. These factors can contribute to less attractive body language and facial expressions. It is important to make focusing on your body language and facial expressions a priority. Doing so will help program your conscious and unconscious mind to focus on improving the factors that can improve these areas, therefore, enhancing all areas of your life.

Facial Exercises, Massage & Yoga

Fascial and physical exercises are easy-to-do. They can create a beneficial body-brain connection that can be healing and helpful. Most people feel a walk in the park helps them receive calming and rejuvenating benefits. Any facial or physical exercise is likely to enhance our happiness and health because we were designed to be expressive, flexible, and mobile.

Fascial massages can enhance our emotional, mental, and physical health and well-being. There is a wealth of wisdom about the energy acupressure points and meridians associated with our body and face. Remember these meridians and points connect to all of our glands, organs, and senses. Fascial massage can play a helpful role in improving our facial expressions and our overall energy, health, and psychology. Consider doing a facial massage or find a trained massage specialist who can assist you in the benefits of fascial massage. Massage has been linked with a release of endorphins which are the feel-good and feel-happy hormones your body naturally produces when you stimulate their release.

A well-designed yoga program can also help ensure we can optimize our body language and facial expressions.  Yoga offers a wealth of wisdom and simple steps to help ensure we maintain our body, mind, and spirit. Yoga is an excellent way to boost your breathing, circulation, energy, health, and vitality. All of these can help you naturally improve your body and facial expressions which will lead to being happier and healthier.
